GENERAL

Simple Solutions (Electronics) Ltd is a B2B (business to business) supplier and as such is classified as a trade/wholesale organisation. Whilst members of the public are welcome to purchase products from our site they are asked to remember that any products ordered are done so on a trade sale basis and as such are not subject to consumer distance selling regulations. Please ensure you read these terms and conditions for more information on our returns policy.

All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.


PRICES

All items are priced in UK Pounds and EXCLUDE shipping costs which will be notified at the time of order request.
VAT will be charged where appropriate and goods are subject to availability, whilst every effort is made to have a level of stock on all goods, in some instances there may be a delay whilst we wait for supply, in these instances, customers will be emailed to advise of the delay and given the chance (within 5 days) to cancel the order and no funds will be taken, however if we have no reply or response we reserve the right to accept the order and ship once stock is received.


DELIVERY

The cost of shipping will be advised at the time the order form is submitted and no funds will be taken until these costs are agreed with the customer.

Mainland UK destinations - Orders will be despatched by UPS. Orders for the Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly may be sent Royal Mail "Special Delivery" depending upon location – costs will be advised accordingly.

Channel Islands are by UPS – costs will be advised accordingly.

All overseas deliveries will be by UPS – costs will be advised accordingly.
Customers can elect to use their own carrier by request and advising us of the carrier details and account number.

Orders will normally be shipped same day that payment details are provided, the shipping costs agreed, and the transaction completes successfully, providing goods are in stock and order/payment is received by 13:00pm for UK and 12:00 noon for international. Customers will be notified if goods are out of stock and given an expected delivery date. Delivery times will be in line with standard delivery times based on the carrier involved - customers can check approximate delivery times on the UPS website (www.ups.com).

Goods shipped via UPS will be issued with a tracking number on request.

Items shipped via UPS in the UK and not able to be delivered, due to three failed delivery attempts or incorrectly addressed will be subject to an additional charge of £20 UKP if returned to our offices undelivered, plus an additional carriage charge for any subsequent re-delivery requested - goods will be held pending contact from the customer.

Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing via email to shop@simplesolutions-uk.com within two days of delivery.

NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.


RETURNS

Goods may only be returned if accompanied by an issued RMA number. Please contact us in the first instance to obtain this. Send an email to support@simplesolutions-uk.com and advise the reason for return. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

All claims for return must be submitted within 28 days of purchase. Refund value will be for the value of goods only (excluding shipping charges) and less 12% (twelve percent) of the invoice total to cover handling and re-stocking costs.

Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.

Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.

Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.


PAYMENT

Payment is by Credit/Debit Card in UK Pounds only. All card details provided using the fax back form will be securely disposed of once used (unless we're requested by the customer to retain the information for future use). This information will be securely stored. Payments can be accepted over the telephone but by prior arrangement only. Only the cardholder address will be accepted for delivery - unless in writing from the cardholder. We reserve the right to make a charge of 2.5% for Credit Card payments, which will be advised prior to any funds being taken. There are no charges for debit cards.


RESERVATION OF TITLE

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
